Oh, Internet. I miss you. Like you have no idea.

Apparently I slept through the weekend (yaaay side effects from new meds) and I've been sitting with my mom this week, which means watching a lot of JAG and if my Dad's anywhere in the vicinity, a lot of Fox News. I swear to fuck, if I hear the term "agenda" one more time my EARS are going to throw up.

And icing on the cake, my laptop finally died, I guess. Its not the power cable or the battery, its the freaking metal connector that you plug the power cord into. So basically, I'm fucked until I can get myself a new laptop, which...will not be any time soon.

I've been watching more and more West Wing and finishing what I never watched of the Sarah Connor Chronicles -- GOD, I love that show. I think I never finished watching it because I wanted it to last forever. Which is probably why I haven't watched Mad Men yet.

And people are staring over my shoulder now! BYE.

It is EXCELLENT. I think so, anyway. I have a super duper bias when it comes to Summer Glau though, so take that for what its worth. There's copious amounts of wee!John Connor being all emo and teenagerly and bawww I don't wanna save the worrrrld, but he gets over it. Sarah kicks so much ass and Summer is AMAZING as Cameron and her relationship with John is just neat. And I hate Fox for killing it. HAAAAATE.

Pros: the first season only has nine episodes and there's only two seasons, so it won't take long.
Cons: If you're not into Summer or killer robots, time travel, or hot ladies doing badass things while wearing tall boots, you might not like it. ;)

Is there any way to charge the battery separately, and then put it back in the laptop?

Also, could you replace 'agenda' with a funnier word? Like boobs. Like the liberal boobs, the gay boobs, the Obama boobs, etc.? OK, lame, but you get the point.

Funny (ok not SO funny) thing is, the battery in my laptop is also effed. It hasn't held a charge in months. I am so not ever buying another Toshiba.
