Um, so I watched Skin last night and went a little crazy. It is SUCH a good YAY BROTHERS episode with just the right amount of WINCHESTER ANGST and pretty boys with GUNS and pretty much why I fell in love with this damn show. Skin may very well be THE episode that really got me into the show and made me see how epic Winchesters could be. The verdict is still out, but this episode is definitely coming out on top.

So anyway, I was bored and put together this kind of ridiculous picspam with quotes and stuff. Its like...so many pictures. Ridiculous. But pretty, pretty boys. FIGHTING. Enjoy.

How can you not love this! Sam's like "BUT DEAN" only he says it with his face instead of words and Dean is just POWERLESS for that face. And then before that, Dean talking about how with their jobs they just can't get close to people and Sam's adorable,"You're kinda anti-social, you know that?" ADORABLE.

ONE OF MY FAVORITE PARTS. They're all ~looking~ at each and then Dean's like, "BUT HEY, WE GET SEXY GUNS," and Sam's like, "Hee! You're right!" AND STICK IT IN THE BACK OF HIS JEANS THEN COVERS IT UP WITH HIS JACKET AND THE CAPS WERE TOO DARK YOU COULDN'T REALLY SEE IT AND I REALLY REALLY NEED THAT GIF IF SOMEONE WOULD BE SO KIND AS TO GIVE IT TO ME. RIGHT NOW.

Good lord. So pretty... And you picked adorable moments that I'm sure some people wouldn't even think to do, but I'm so glad you did them.

I think I've actually seen this episode. I really don't even know anymore. (I downloaded season one though, and thought it didn't work, but found out yesterday that it did, so I'm kind of excited to re-watch those, but nervous at the same time? idek.)

They do get sexy guns. That I want. A lot.

Trust me, it was HARD. LOL. And I thought they looked pretty crappy, but I didn't caaaare as long as you could tell it was the boys. But like, there was this one cap with not!Dean's hands around Sam's neck and I wanted that SO BAD but it was too dark and you couldn't even tell what that was. But unf.

Dude you HAVE to watch season one. Its the best season of all time. Its where you learn EVERYTHING about the boys and their dad and just, guh. WATCH IT. I think I'm going to do a complete s1 rewatch. And probably picspam the hell out of every ep, rofl.

Oh no, lol I've already seen season one! I promise. I just get antsy about fandom in a lot of really ridiculous ways. I just finished re-watching episode one, and after like four years or whatever of not seeing that episode all I can say is: Oh my god, SPN fans are REALLY good about holding onto their beginnings. I can't believe how many quotes from that episode I still see EVERYWHERE. I'm amazed and loving on SPN people who didn't ditch like I did. Not that I left on purpose. It just sort of happened.

I would totally approve of picspams. Especially of the woman in white cause UNF. And Jesus, they both look so young.

It is pretty fucking amazing how we remember all those little things. And I didn't really ~ditch~ the show, but my heart certainly wasn't in it at all season 4, so it kind of feels like I did. That season just, it fucking sucked to me. I understand what they were doing with Sam and Ruby and why, I just feel like, idk, they could have done it different and I would have liked it, maybe even loved it. Totally went on a rant, sorry lol.

This is total kismet, bc I just finished raving about how amazing the music in Skin is over at a discussion post in spnland! "In A Gadda Da Vida" & "Hey Man, Nice Shot" STILL make me all tingly.

This episode was when I first fell in love with Dean. Sammy, he pretty much had my heart from the beginning. But realizing that Dean was so terrified of being left alone, that he knew he was a freak. *heartclench* HE WAS SO DESPERATE FOR HIS BROTHER'S LOVE, MCGEE.

Plus we got bitchy, grouchy, protective big brother Dean!! MY FAVORITE.

Plus plus, BAAABIES. Keep the S1 love coming!
