I am minus one child and winding down from an exhausting day of eating and dealing with family dysfunction and I just want to collapse into fandom and never return.

Also? Bored now, so I thought I might take some drabble requests.

"Well. Would you just look at that."

"Wow. Yeah...look at that."

"How much has she had to drink tonight?"

"... Someone should stop her."

"Yes. They certainly should."

Unsurprisingly, neither Jack nor Sendhil moved. Instead, they chose to stay rooted in their spots, eyes glazed as they watched Hayden shimmying on the empty stage, singing off key, but still sounding somehow sexy as she belted out "We Are Family."

"Hey guys! What are we looking at?" Kristen asked as she approached, taking Sendhil's beer out of his hand and generously finishing it for him.

"Nothing," Jack and Sendhil answered in unison, suddenly finding the tile flooring in the building increasingly interesting.

"Oh! Hayden's singing!" Kristen squealed and they watched as she joined Hayden on stage, sliding her arm around Hayden's waist, leaning into the microphone to join her in a drunken serenade to the cast.

"I think I'm going to need another beer," Sendhil croaked, but Jack really didn't hear him.
