Not yes, but FUCK YES.

The movie, to steal from [livejournal.com profile] maurheti 's words, was RIDICULOUS and also DELIGHTFUL. Delightfully ridiculous, I'd say, pretty much sums it up! I didn't have feeling about Bradley Cooper either way until this movie. Put a firearm in a man's hand and apparently I'm a sure thing. (Wtf, fandom self. IRL self still hates guns.) And in one scene he wears a black t-shirt and it is Moste Goode. Indeed.

My favorite part?

Dude: Are they trying to take out the other drones?
Jessica Biel's character: *rolls eyes* No. They're trying to fly that tank.

SNORFLE. SEE. RIDICULOUS. DELIGHTFUL.

Patrick Wilson's character - I loved him. I cannot tell a lie. Especially in the scene in the car with Pike, and his lackey's being ABSURDLY dumb and Pike being like, "Can someone with a brain shoot me, please? Its my last request!" and then Lackey #2's phone rings and he's got a phone up to one ear and a GUN up to the other and Patrick Wilson is all "GUN OR PHONE. GUN OR PHONE!" Dude, I cracked up. There may have been tears.

OH OH. AND, "This is just like out of Call of Duty, right?" OMG. LOVE. SO MUCH OF IT.

One more thing: I can never un-see Liam Neeson as Qui-Gon. Thanks a lot, Phantom Menace.

In conclusion, and totally unrelated, do we know what tomorrow is, gents? FUCK YEAH TRUE BLOOD DAY THAT'S FUCKING WHAT. I CAN'T WAIT! I'M MOTO, DUDE!
