I don't know if I have SAD, but I do get very down and just EXHAUSTED this time of year One thing I have found that helps is going to the tanning bed. It creates the illusion of sunlight, which tricks my body into thinking it's summertime. Also excercise has helped me in the past. Of course, exercise involves work, whereas tanning involves literally laying on my ass, so you can probably guess which course of action I lean toward. *G*
