I can't really help you, because I don't know any spoilers. :( Sorry. But I just wanted to say that I hope they don't get rid of Elle, because it seemed like they were winding down her storyline last night, and I do NOT want less Elle. I want more Elle. And WAAAAY less Maya/Suresh.
