This was beautiful. An entirely plausible take on the boys, and they were both very in-character. Dean showing his love and care for Sam in training, in what he knows and can control and keep Sammy safe, and Sam in his childlike petulance and acceptance, complete trust in Dean, and so much love for him. They're all they have - all they need.
He kissed his brother for Christ's sake. It would've been one thing if they'd just jerked off and forgot about the whole thing, but he'd actually kissed Sammy. On the damn mouth. He'd felt Sammy's tongue slide around his, felt him moan deep in his throat when Dean pushed his tongue deeper, grinding against him. There was something about kissing that was way worse than giving his baby bro a quick and dirty handjob.
I really, really liked this bit. So true. There's an intimacy to kissing - handjobs can be the kind of thing excused like guys in the trench, but kissing...And that Dean iniated it...Beautiful.
And then the closing paragraph, guh. They have every right to have this, and you really nailed the ratione on the head, and the emotions too.
