Dean squeezes his eyes shut as wet lips slide around his cock and rough hands cup his balls, imagining it's the cute little waitress sucking him off instead, skirt so short he caught a teasing glimpse of red silk when she bent over, only reason he's stayed hard this long.

He comes in the guy's mouth with a muted grunt, nails scratching away flakes of old paint, and pulls the guy up by his coat, stuffing his hand inside his pants, jerking him off quick and easy, fighting back the bile when he feels hot, tacky come coat his fingers. 

Face flushed red, buzz obviously worn off by now, the man pushes a handful of bills into his hand and flees the scene. Dean counts the money in his hand and grins; so much easier than hustling pool.

As hot as the image can be, the idea of this is also heartbreaking, in a way, because it could very well be true. I mean, sure, they'd never actually have a scene like that on the show, but Dean seems like the type who will do a lot for money, especially when he has to take care of his brother.
