Me either, tbh. But you know, its one of those things where you almost forget about the plot/what's going on because you're so wrapped up in each character. The characters are what I fell in love with. I mean, its set during WW2. There's some HORRIBLE shit that happens. But its all relative, I think, to the relationship that the men have. And yes, you are missing many important references, rofl. ;)
