withimpunityThis reminds me of a little conversation I had with my four year old yesterday.
Small Child (carrying a rather large rock. Think, like, a chunk of pavement): Momma, will you help me put this in my pocket?
Me: I...don't think it will fit. What do you need to put a rock in your pocket for anyway.
Small Child: For 'mergencies.
Me: Uh. Okay. Like what emergencies?
Small Child: You know. For if bad people come.
Me (kind of frightened tbh): Ohhkay, I'm keeping the rock.
